| Shipping Policies
The shipping cost on an order is based on weight and destination.
Upon receiving your order between Monday through Friday, the items will be
shipped the latest following day, except in cases where payment is made by
money order or checks. As stated in our
Payment Method policy, we will ship the item as soon as the check clears.
If the order was placed on Saturday or Sunday, the item would be shipped
the latest on the following Monday. If you placed multiple orders within 24 hours
and would like to combine the orders to save on shipping costs, please email us at
support@kravenstoys.com. We will combine the
order and refund the difference to you.
We use USPS, United States Postal Service,
to ship the products in North America. From our experience USPS is the
cheapest and quickest shipper. However, if we find another shipper to be
more economical we will use that shipper. We will refund you the difference if we can
ship your products cheaper. We also ship internationally through USPS global services.

Insurance are optional. If you would like to purchase shipping insurance, please indicate so in the ’Special
Comments’ section of the shopping cart.
Upcoming Products
Due to recurring delays from our vendors and product manufacturers, we are no
longer accepting pre-orders. Our list of Upcoming Products is provided on our
website. If you like us to inform you via email of any Upcoming Product(s)
that become available, you can sign up for our newsletter or send us an enquiry at
http://www.kravenstoys.com/contact_us.php stating you would like to be notified
of the availability of particular Upcoming Product(s). Please note that
by sending us an enquiry, you are NOT reserving and/or obligated to buy the product.
We also will not hold the product for you even if you explicitly request us to do so.
All orders are taken by online or by phone for ’in stock’ items
on a first-come-first-serve basis. We do not guarantee product availability
even though we send you a product notification.
Cancellations of In-Stock Orders
Due to administrative costs of processing orders and cancellations,
there is a 10% re-stocking fee on all cancelled ’in stock’ item(s). Please
be sure that you want the item before you place your order.
Return Policies
We value our customer’s satisfaction. If you are unhappy with your
merchandise simply ship your unopened product with the packing slip in
the original packaging postmark within 30 days of the date on the original receipt.

Upon receipt of your returned item, we will issue a refund for the product
price, excluding shipping charges. In the case of an item with damaged packaging,
we will ship a replacement item (if one is available, otherwise a refund will be
issued) upon receipt of the damaged item that must be returned postmark within 30 days of
the invoice date. We will be happy to cover the cost of shipping the
replacement item to you, but you will have to cover the cost of sending the
damaged item back to us. Note: We will not accept returns on opened product from
its original manufacture packaging. We provide no warranties for the items
provided for sale through
www.kravenstoys.com, therefore if an item you have purchased breaks after
you have opened the package, you will have to contact the manufacturer for a
replacement. We have no authority to accept returns and/or exchanges of opened
products due to manufacturing defects.
All items shipped ’loose’ by request are final sales and are not in any
way covered by our return policy as we cannot resell a loose item.
WARNING: Returning a product to Kraven’s Toys that was not purchased from
Kraven’s Toys is illegal, and all remedies available to Kraven’s
Toys under that statues of the State of California will be taken immediately.
Shipping on all Unclaimed or Refused Shipments
When we receive a package back to us as ’Unclaimed’ or ’Refused’ by the
receiver, we will not be able to refund shipping costs & we will refund the money minus the
10% re-stocking fee. If the customer wishes us to ship the order again, the customer
must pay the postage to resend it.
